The Winston County Library is proud to announce the hiring of Shanekia Edwards as the new Library Clerk. Edwards was a Teacher’s Assistant and Reading Interventionist at Fair Elementary School for several years as well as a customer service technician at Maxx South. Edwards brings IT experience to her new position, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering educational development.
“We are looking forward to adding Mrs. Edwards to our incredible library team”, says Librarian Beth Edwards. “She will continue our goal of reaching out to all people in our community and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere to anyone who walks through our door.”
